Hotville Chicken

I love chicken. I love chicken sandwiches. I don’t think it’s serious enough to stand in lines for hours or get into fights, but a great chicken sandwich is a thing of joy.

Shortly after moving here, my cousin introduced me to Hotville Chicken. Their signature sandwich, The Shaw, is worth the visit. It’s appropriately spicy, with a brioche bun that everything should come with, pickles, and the most delicious slaw which works on the sandwich, or as a side. Enjoy.
